Use this page to ask us to delete your CHS Mobile App account and the personal data associated with it. This request relates to the CHS Mobile App only.

Complete the form below. We use the details to confirm you are the account holder before we act on the request.
What gets deleted
- Your app account and sign-in credentials
- Profile and contact details you provided
- App-generated personal data such as your requests, drawn signatures, notification tokens, and clock-action location records
What we may keep, and why
As an employer system, Chicago Heights Steel must keep some records for set periods, for example timekeeping and payroll-input data, tax records, safety and injury reports, training records, and access logs. We keep only what the law or the collective bargaining agreement requires, then delete it on schedule.
How we verify you
Because this is employee data, we confirm you are the account holder, usually through your company email or with Human Resources, before we delete anything.
How long it takes
We acknowledge requests within a few business days and complete them within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
